About Ark

My name is Katie Arnold. I have spent many years in the Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety realm in many different industries, including construction, manufacturing, human services, food processing and retail.

I assist small to medium-sized businesses with human resources, health and safety, or office operation functions without the terms of an employee/employer relationship. This can be an ongoing relationship or a “HELP! My business needs you right now, right away, just for a short while.”
